We are seeking a seasoned Patent Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in US patent drafting and prosecution, with a strong focus on intellectual property management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Intellectual Property Management: Develop and implement effective strategies for safeguarding clients' intellectual property through meticulous drafting and prosecution of patent applications.
  • US Patent Drafting: Carry out US patent drafting assignments independently, ensuring alignment with clients' innovation strategies and staying up-to-date with evolving USPTO/MPEP case laws and regulatory changes.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the team, providing guidance, reviewing work, and ensuring deliverables meet client expectations in terms of quality and timelines.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in US Patent Drafting: Proven expertise in US patent drafting across various technology domains, including Software, AI/ML, Wireless Communication, Networking, and Semiconductors sectors.
  • Strong Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to successful completion, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Keen Understanding of USPTO/MPEP Regulations: Familiarity with patent processes and a keen understanding of USPTO/MPEP regulations and case laws.
