Job Role

Cohesity is seeking a highly skilled tax professional to join their Global Tax Shared Service team in India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare direct and indirect tax filings for India and arrange tax returns for signing and payment process
  • Prepare advance tax, withholding tax workings, and transfer pricing filings, including Master file and CbCR
  • Prepare responses to various tax authorities and support direct and indirect tax audits as they arise
  • Reconcile tax accounts in the specified system and assist in merger and acquisition activity, including due diligence and integration
  • Implement global and regional tax initiatives, including tax projects

Requirements

  • 8 years of experience in India Direct, Indirect tax, and Transfer Pricing related roles
  • Strong Excel skills to work comfortably with data and complex computations
  • Initiative and ability to work independently, manage external and internal relationships, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • CA, LLB or equivalent qualification with relevant India Direct, Indirect tax experience
