Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Artificial Intelligence (AI) professional to design, develop, and deploy AI models that drive business growth and innovation. As an AI Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing scalable, production-ready AI solutions.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python programming language, deep learning frameworks (such as TensorFlow or PyTorch), and real-world experience in developing AI systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Develop AI/ML Models: Design and develop AI/ML models tailored to business needs, ensuring they are efficient, effective, and scalable.
  • Build, Fine-tune, and Deploy Large Language Models: Build, fine-tune, and deploy large language models (LLMs) or other deep learning architectures, leveraging your expertise in NLP, computer vision, and related domains.
  • Collaborate on Data Collection and Preprocessing: Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to collect, preprocess, and evaluate data for model development and deployment.
  • Optimize Models for Performance and Scalability: Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and real-time inference, ensuring seamless integration with existing platforms and APIs.
  • Stay Current with Industry Advancements: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, applying new techniques and tools to enhance AI solution quality and effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming language and ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
  • Experience working with LLMs, NLP, computer vision, or related domains
  • Understanding of MLOps practices and tools (Docker, MLflow, CI/CD pipelines)
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs and backend integration
  • Solid problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
Good to Have:
  • Exposure to vector databases, prompt engineering, or LangChain
  • Experience in deploying models to production environments
  • Knowledge of data pipeline tools (Airflow, Kafka, etc.)
