Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Data Science Innovator to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge machine learning models.

This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy data-driven solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in software engineering, data science, and cloud computing, with experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Credit Decisions: Develop and deploy machine learning models to identify good borrowers and optimize credit decisioning processes.
  • Customer Service: Design and implement data-driven solutions to automate customer service interactions and improve customer experience.
  • Fraud Prevention: Identify patterns of fraudulent behavior and develop models to detect and prevent these behaviors.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Software Engineering Skills: 2+ years of hands-on experience building software in a production environment.
  • Data Science Skills: Excellent skills in data analysis, experimentation, statistics, and machine learning.
  • Cloud Computing Skills: Experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in cloud computing infrastructure.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to convey complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
