Quality Assurance Engineer Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer who will ensure the smooth operation of our software systems.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and work on projects in restaurant and retail technology, collaborating with global teams and learning new things every day.

  • Clearly understand project requirements and raise questions if anything is unclear.
  • Keep track of queries and updates to ensure the team always has clarity.
  • Create comprehensive test cases and scenarios to cover all possible situations.
  • Prepare and manage test data for POS setups, menus, kiosk flows, and integrations.
  • Perform manual and automation testing – including system, integration, and regression testing.
  • Test APIs, POS systems, kiosks, and menu modules.
  • Report bugs, track them, and follow through until resolved.
  • Closely collaborate with developers and product managers to meet acceptance criteria.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Software Testing / QA, hands-on testing experience with POS, menus, kiosks, loyalty/payment/delivery integrations, and strong knowledge of mobile app testing (iOS/Android).

A collaborative, growth-driven environment where your voice is heard, ISTQB certification is a plus, but not required.
