Job Title: Enterprise Corporate Security Supervisor

Description:

As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation and enforcement of security policies and procedures across the facility. This includes collaborating with crisis management teams to develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures.

You will also be responsible for front desk security operations, ensuring proper identification and authorization procedures are followed. Additionally, you will support maintenance, implementation, and monitoring of security systems, including access control, CCTV, and visitor management.

Other responsibilities include coordinating security logistics and risk assessments for international travel, as well as providing support and guidance to 3rd party security teams with overnight, weekend and holiday coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SUPORT PHYSICAL SECURITY OPERATIONS AND ASSIST IN THE IMPLEMENTATION AND ENFORCEMENT OF SECURITY POLICIES AND PROCEDURES ACROSS THE FACILITY
  • COLLABORATE WITH CRISIS MANAGEMENT TEAMS TO DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLANS AND PROCEDURES
  • IMPLEMENT FRONT DESK SECURITY OPERATIONS AND ENSURE PROPER IDENTIFICATION AND AUTHORIZATION PROCEDURES ARE FOLLOWED
  • Maintenance, Implementation, Monitoring Of Security Systems Including Access Control, CCTV, Visitor Management
  • COORDINATE SECURITY LOGISTICS AND RISK ASSESSMENTS FOR INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL
  • PROVIDE SUPPORT AND GUIDANCE TO 3RD PARTY SECURITY TEAMS WITH OVERNIGHT, WEEKEND AND HOLIDAY COVERAGE

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in physical security operations, crisis management, emergency services, safety & compliance or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a security systems IT oriented role, including experience supporting security systems such as access control, CCTV, visitor management, etc
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
