Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking a forward-thinking leader to spearhead our People Services Tech Solutions team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Aligning technology initiatives with overall business goals and objectives
  • Driving transformation and harmonization of people culture solutions (e.g., Workday, iLearn, Service now)
  • Staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Our ideal candidate will have expertise in the following areas:

  • Harmonization and Integration Support around usage of I-Learn, Workday and potentially other people culture solutions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integrations with other business systems
  • Overseeing system testing, deployment activities where required.

We require someone who can proactively identify opportunities for system optimization and efficiency improvements, partner with digital teams to ensure they are monitoring systems performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors for support. Conducting regular audits to ensure data accuracy and system integrity is also essential.

The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving, conflict management, and self-organization skills. They must be able to shape culture, motivate a group of people to work towards a common set of goals aligned with the overall business objectives. Excellent communication skills are required, with an ability to engage with different levels of stakeholders within the organization and externally.
