Unlock Data Insights as a Key Performance Analyst

The role of the Key Performance Analyst is to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive operational efficiency and business strategy. This position ensures timely and accurate reporting, providing analysis that informs decision-making within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver regular performance reports and ad-hoc analysis to stakeholders.
  • Delve into Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Present complex data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Maintain data accuracy by extracting, cleaning, and validating from multiple systems.
  • Support workforce management with forecasting and trend analysis.
  • Recommend and track process improvements based on data-driven insights.
  • Ensure compliance with data security, governance, and confidentiality standards.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in data analysis and reporting within a similar environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros).
  • Strong knowledge of BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
  • Solid understanding of Structured Query Language (SQL) and ability to query databases.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
  • Strong communication and data storytelling abilities.
