Job Title: Publishing Coordinator

This role is responsible for coordinating the entire publishing process, from manuscript submission to final production. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Publishing Workflow Management: Ensure seamless coordination of all aspects of publishing workflows, including manuscript submission, editing, proofreading, and production.
  • Publishing Team Collaboration: Foster strong working relationships with editorial teams, authors, designers, and vendors to guarantee timely completion of publishing projects.
  • Content Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks on content, layouts, and design to maintain high standards and ensure publication excellence.
  • Digital and Print Distribution Preparation: Assist in preparing content for digital and print distribution, adhering to publishing standards and best practices.
  • Project Tracking and Reporting: Monitor project progress, maintain databases, and update status reports for ongoing publishing projects.
  • Trend Monitoring and Process Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to recommend improvements in publishing processes.
  • Author and Stakeholder Communication: Handle correspondence with authors and external stakeholders, maintaining a professional and collaborative relationship.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
