Job Title: Content Strategist

The primary responsibility of a Content Strategist is to create and implement effective content marketing plans that drive business results.

  • Strategic Planning:

Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.

  • Content Creation:

Collaborate with internal teams to create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with target audiences.

  • Channel Management:

Manage and optimize content across various channels, including social media, email, and websites.

  • Analytics and Reporting:

Track and analyze content performance using data analytics tools and provide regular reports to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of target audiences and their needs.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to inform content decisions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure content alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to create visually appealing and engaging content.
  • Develop and manage content calendars to ensure consistent posting and minimize downtime.
  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media and other channels.
  • Assist in developing and implementing crisis communications plans.
  • Provide training and support to team members on content marketing best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of content-related budgets and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Proven track record of creating and executing successful content campaigns.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and social media scheduling tools.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript a plus.
