Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Management Specialist to join our team at The Betel Leaf Co. As an Inventory Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, overseeing warehouse operations, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods.

Responsibilities
  • Manage inventory levels and monitor stock movements to optimize material usage and reduce waste
  • Implement effective inventory management practices such as first-in-first-out (FIFO) or just-in-time (JIT) to minimize overstocking and understocking
  • Collaborate with procurement and production departments to ensure accurate forecasting and timely replenishments
  • Conduct regular audits and checks to ensure inventory accuracy and identify any discrepancies
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to government regulations and company standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Salary and Benefits

$65,000 per year, plus benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off
