Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist who will be responsible for propagating our mission of providing career advancement opportunities to potential learners through effective calling and follow-up efforts.
The ideal candidate will own the complete sales closing life cycle for assigned leads, including interest creation, product demonstration, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management.
Effective communication is key to success in this role. The successful candidate will maintain regular communication channels with leads via phone, email, chat, and social media during both pre- and post-sales processes.
Requirements:
We are looking for a graduate with good communication skills who has prior experience in inside sales.
The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in an office environment (Gurgaon Sec- 32).
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who possess strong interpersonal skills, can work as part of a team, and are passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
Estimated Salary: ₹250,000 - ₹500,000 per annum
