We are seeking a highly skilled Cashier to join our team at our Gurugram location.

As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions, managing cash registers, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring accuracy in cash handling. Your day-to-day tasks will include taking orders, processing payments, answering customer inquiries, and maintaining cleanliness at the counter.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong interpersonal skills, phone etiquette, and customer service skills. Proficiency in cash handling is also essential, as well as attention to detail and accuracy. Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus. You will also need to be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cash Handling: Accurately process customer transactions, handle cash, credit card payments, and operate a point-of-sale system.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer complaints, and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, restock supplies as needed, and ensure that the counter area is presentable at all times.
