Project Coordinator - Real EstateJob DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to assist in the successful execution of our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess a strong attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor project progress and track milestones to ensure timely completion;
  • Collect and verify project data to prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders;
  • Coordinate site visits to validate project information and provide updates to the team;
Data Management and Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, reports, and technical specifications;
  • Update and manage the project monitoring database to ensure data accessibility and accuracy;
  • Support the preparation of investment reports and due diligence documentation as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required. A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in real estate construction is preferred. Proficiency in MS Projects, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential.
