Job Opportunity: Proofreader

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Proofreader to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills, with a keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail.

The successful Proofreader will be responsible for reviewing and proofreading financial statements and audit reports to ensure their accuracy, clarity, and compliance with established standards. This will involve:

  • Thoroughly reviewing and editing financial statements and audit reports to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Collaborating with the audit team to produce high-quality financial statements and audit reports that meet the required standards
  • Liaising with stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the review process

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A degree in English, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an accounting or finance environment
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
