Job Title: Paid Digital Specialist

About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled Paid Digital Specialist to manage both Meta Ads and Google Ads, working collaboratively as part of a high-performing team. Our boutique growth agency partners with select ecommerce and lead generation brands, focusing on impact rather than volume.

You'll receive clear briefs and strategy direction from our Australian team members, executing campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Pmax) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, set up, launch, and optimise campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Build and maintain account structures that support efficient testing and long-term scale
  • Stay on top of algorithm changes, audience trends, and platform updates
Performance Optimisation:
  • Manage budgets, bids, ROAS targets, and pacing
  • Optimise for CPL, CPA, or ROAS depending on client goals
  • Use a mix of data and creative testing to improve results over time
Client Communication & Reporting:
  • Create short videos to explain strategy, wins, or performance issues
  • Prepare reports with clear, meaningful insights
  • Bring ideas to internal calls on client performance
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Experience working with ecommerce and lead generation clients
  • Fluency in English - spoken and written
  • Confidence setting up conversion tracking, including GA4, Google Ads, and Meta Events
  • Comfort navigating Shopify and understanding how to connect and optimise ad tracking
