Job Description

As an HR leader, you will be responsible for championing the development and execution of talent initiatives that drive business success. You'll be a trusted advisor, providing insightful guidance and support across the entire employee lifecycle.

Accountable for providing advice, guidance, and support to leaders in the execution of talent programs and processes. Proactive advising and addressing employee issues are essential aspects of this role.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading cross-functional teams or projects, requiring strong collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage various projects on behalf of executive leadership.
  • Build organizational best practices, policies, and procedures across different teams.
  • Lead and build a professional human resources organization.
  • Manage risk, governance, and compliance effectively.
  • Anticipate and execute HR programs related to enterprise talent offerings.
  • Provide proactive advice and guidance to leaders on HR processes and programs.
  • Understand data insights to support talent strategy development and execution.
  • Mentor internal HR stakeholders, encourage continuous learning, and stay current with industry trends.
  • Ensure effective identification, measurement, monitoring, and control of business risks.
  • Talent management: recruit, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Manage vendor and customer contracts.
  • Help implement systems and intelligence for client retention.
  • Work with multiple teams to coordinate tasks.
Requirements
  • 4 years of relevant work experience as a Human Resources Manager.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams or projects requiring strong collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience partnering with leadership to provide proactive recommendations to business problems, projects, or initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging data and insights in influencing differing stakeholder groups.
  • Advanced experience managing multiple, competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated experience building trust and relationships with differing stakeholder groups.
