The Accounts Payable Specialist role at our organization requires a seasoned professional to oversee the entire payment process, encompassing vendor payments, customer billing, and statutory deductions.
This critical position involves managing multiple facets of accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing while maintaining adherence to regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of accounts payable/receivable processes, including experience with automation tools and workflows.
Key Responsibilities- Vendor Payments: Booking and passing payment entries while ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
- Supporting Audit Requirements: Providing necessary details for audit purposes.
- Vendor Reconciliation: Maintaining a thorough knowledge of vendor reconciliation processes.
- Customer Billing: Generating E-waybill based on data received from user departments.
- Monthly Closing Reports: Preparing detailed monthly closing reports, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the process.
- Microsoft Excel: Possessing hands-on expertise with Microsoft Excel.
- Over 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
- Strong understanding of Accounts Payable/Receivable processes.
- Hands-on experience with vendor payments, reconciliations, and day-to-day transactional accounting.
- Proven ability to coordinate with auditors and support audit requirements.
