Job Title: IT Service Delivery Manager

Job Overview:

This key role ensures the successful delivery of complex development projects by working closely with project owners to develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and report status to stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and meeting deadlines.
  • Promote quality assurance goals and participate in release management cycles.
  • Coach project teams on Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management processes.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Measure project performance and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management and meet business objectives.
Skill Requirements:
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking.
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, project management, and software development life cycle.
  • Experience working with remote teams and using project management tools.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field or proven working experience in project management.
  • 15 years of experience in IT service delivery management.
