As a Global Transfer Pricing Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our global tax team, focusing on transfer pricing operations and compliance, controversy, and strategy, as well as process improvement through simplification and automation.
Job DescriptionAs a key member of our tax team, your responsibilities will include preparing quarterly transfer pricing calculations, journal entries, and invoicing, as well as driving process innovation in transfer pricing operations. You will also support and manage all transfer pricing documentation, including CbCR, assisted by external advisers, and support tax provision calculations for both US GAAP and statutory financial reporting.
You will also be involved in supporting global income tax audits, dispute resolutions, and other controversy, and assist with various special tax projects such as M&A, Pillar Two, expense allocation, etc.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Highly organized individual with a proven ability to effectively manage tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and work efficiently under pressure.
- Experience in transfer pricing operations and international tax.
- Forward-thinking individual with a passion for streamlining operations and improving processes.
- Strong user and quick learner of technology and systems, including Workday, MS Office, Google Suite, Alteryx, etc.
