Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled IT expert to design and implement ServiceNow service mapping solutions, ensuring seamless integration of data from multiple external systems. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize CMDB accuracy and ITOM processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow Service Mapping solutions, including discovery patterns and service maps.
  • Develop and implement data mapping/transformation solutions for integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
  • Configure CMDB structures and maintain data integrity across ITOM modules.
  • Collaborate with integration teams to build APIs, connectors, and middleware integrations.
  • Perform unit, integration, and validation testing for mapping accuracy.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and optimization for integrations and mappings.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of workflows, mappings, and integrations.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM Discovery & Service Mapping.
  • Strong knowledge of CMDB structure and relationships within ITOM.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow Integration Hub, MID Server, REST/SOAP APIs, Import Sets, Transform Maps.
  • Hands-on scripting in JavaScript for mapping and transformation.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ITOM best practices.
