Job Type : Payroll Full-time (Long-term)

Experience Required : 3+ Years in ServiceNow (with strong Service Mapping expertise)

Compensation : 12 26 Lakh per annum (Based on experience and expertise)

About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Service Mapping Specialist to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Service Mapping, Discovery, and configuration of complex IT environments. This role will focus on creating, analyzing, and optimizing end-to-end service maps while ensuring adherence to best practices and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow Service Mapping solutions to build accurate, end-to-end service maps.

- Define and configure entry points and CI relationships to ensure precise service identification.

- Work with Discovery processes, including probes, sensors, and patterns, to identify dependencies across infrastructure and applications.

- Modify or create Discovery Patterns to enhance service identification and tailor solutions to business needs.

- Configure and manage MID Servers, ensuring proper network access and connectivity.

- Troubleshoot and remediate errors in the Service Mapping process and outputs.

- Validate service dependencies and support impact analysis for IT operations.

- Ensure compliance with best practices for service mapping and performance tuning.

- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to align service maps with business services.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow with strong focus on Service Mapping.

- Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting end-to-end service maps.

- Strong expertise in Discovery process (probes, sensors, dependencies, and service identification).

- Hands-on experience with MID Server configuration and network access validation.

- Ability to troubleshoot mapping issues, modify Discovery patterns, and fine-tune services.

- Good understanding of CMDB data models and relationships.

- Familiarity with ITIL processes and IT Operations best practices is a plus.
