Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to assume the position of Program Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects and working closely with specialized teams to drive transformative change in communities.

About the Role:

You will be accountable for implementing and overseeing diverse projects, ensuring successful achievement of project targets, preparing and submitting activity reports, forging partnerships, and traveling within and outside Mumbai for project implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Implementation: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery of projects.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, foster collaboration, and drive results-oriented performance.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including trustees, donors, partners, and community leaders.
  • Travel and Representation: Represent the organization at external events, travel to project sites, and engage with local communities.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.

- At least 6 years of experience in non-profit program management.

- Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
