Training Specialist Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Training Specialist to support our organization's capacity-building efforts across various departments. This role involves designing, developing, and delivering high-impact training programs tailored to the unique needs of our multidisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in creating comprehensive training roadmaps aligned with team goals and company strategy. Additionally, they will conduct skill-gap analysis and develop tailored learning interventions.

  • Develop training roadmaps that align with team objectives and business strategy.
  • Analyze skill gaps and create targeted learning solutions.
  • Design and deliver interactive live/virtual training sessions on topics such as GIS tools, Python programming, remote sensing, AI/ML fundamentals, version control, platform walkthroughs, product development lifecycle, effective communication, time management, team collaboration, problem-solving, leadership, and workplace conduct.
  • Create engaging multimedia learning content, including slide decks, documentation, recorded video tutorials, and interactive assessments.
Key Responsibilities:

The Training Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Developing and delivering training programs that meet the needs of our diverse teams.
  • Conducting skill-gap analyses to identify areas for improvement.
  • Creating engaging multimedia content to support training initiatives.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvement.
