Job Title: Senior AI Strategist

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior AI Strategist to spearhead our cutting-edge agentic AI initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of our innovative solutions, from design and implementation to successful deployment and ongoing optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement agentic AI applications using Python and relevant frameworks.
  • Design and build robust backend systems that scale seamlessly.
  • Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) through APIs and other interfaces.
  • Optimize vector databases for efficient information retrieval and knowledge management within AI agents.
  • Implement sophisticated agentic workflows using frameworks like Autogen, AG2, Lang graph, Agno, or CrewAI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
  • Maintain high-quality, well-documented code following best practices.
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and agentic technologies.
  • Contribute to technical direction and architecture of our agentic AI platform.
  • Deploy solutions on one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Required Skills:

  • 7+ years of experience in software development with a strong track record of delivering production-grade backend systems.
  • Proven expertise in Python.
  • Hands-on experience with Langchain.
  • Demonstrated experience with agentic frameworks such as Autogen, AG2, Langgraph, Agno, or CrewAI.
  • Experience working with Vector Databases (e.g., Chroma, Pinecone, Weaviate).
  • Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application in building intelligent systems.
  • Proficient in Git for version control.
  • Comfortable working in a Linux environment.
  • Experience deploying and managing applications on one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
