Accurate purchasing records, reports, and documentation must be maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inventory levels and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Oversee purchase vendor development and communicate effectively with suppliers.
  • Develop and implement strategies for supply chain management.
  • Ensure efficient store operations and manage material receipt, storage, and dispatch processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of experience in procurement activities in manufacturing industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of Purchase operations, strategies, and best practices.
  • Negotiation techniques.
  • Knowledge of vendor management and inventory management systems.
  • An analytical mind with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using procurement software and systems (like SAP, Oracle, ERP, Tally etc.).
  • Relevant certification in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
