Cambridge English Facilitator Position

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cambridge English facilitator at an international school.

  • As a Cambridge English facilitator, you will facilitate the implementation of the Cambridge English Curriculum in accordance with school policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with teachers to plan, develop, and deliver engaging english lessons that align with Cambridge standards.
  • Analyze student performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted interventions.
  • Foster a positive learning environment that promotes english inquiry, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress and support their involvement in their child's english education.
Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage the Cambridge English Curriculum in accordance with school policies and procedures.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality english lessons that meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Assess student progress and adjust instruction to meet individual needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance teaching and learning.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Certification in Cambridge (CICTL/CIDTL) English or equivalent qualification/experience.
  • Certification or training in English language teaching such as TESOL/CICTL/ESOL//TEFL.
  • Previous experience teaching or facilitating Cambridge English programs.
Additional Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of english content and pedagogy, particularly aligned with Cambridge standards.
  • Proficiency in English language excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and use assessment results to inform instruction and support student learning.
