Job Title: Knowledge Transfer and Management Professional

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our knowledge transfer and management initiatives. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive roadmaps for knowledge transfer, ensuring critical process knowledge is captured, standardized, and effectively disseminated across teams during transitions and platform changes.

  • The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in Shared Services Organizations or Global Business Services (GBS), with 3+ years in training or learning & development roles.
  • Familiarity with compliance, audit requirements, and internal controls is essential.
  • Strong working knowledge of Oracle Financials, MSD, and Invevo platforms, as well as Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools, is required.
  • Solid history of designing and delivering training programs for systems and processes is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive training roadmaps by collaborating with GBS leadership, GPOs, RPCs, and Tower Leads to identify skill gaps and training needs.
  • Develop and maintain training content, manuals, and e-learning modules for various systems and platforms.
  • Conduct engaging training sessions for new hires, upskilling, and process changes.
  • Ensure training programs are tailored to various roles within GBS.
  • Track training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/ Master's degree in HR/ Training or related field.
  • CPTM/ATD Certification is preferred.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Tools: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Outlook.
