Job Responsibilities

As a seasoned professional, you will lead and facilitate program increment (PI) planning, system demos, and agile release train (ART) ceremonies to ensure seamless delivery of complex financial systems.

  • Collaborate with product managers, product owners, and stakeholders to define and prioritize features aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify, manage, and resolve cross-team dependencies and risks to maintain project momentum.
  • E nsure alignment of delivery objectives across front-to-back functions, including technology, operations, and business teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement in agile maturity across teams, promoting best practices in scaling frameworks such as SAFe or equivalent.
  • Provide transparency into delivery status, metrics, and progress for senior stakeholders.
Must-Have Skills:

You must have:

  • 12+ years of IT experience, with at least 3-5 years in a release train engineer, program manager, or agile delivery lead role.
  • Proven experience in running large-scale agile release trains using SAFe or equivalent methodologies.
  • Knowledge of highly critical financial systems, preferably Murex or similar trading/risk platforms.
  • Strong understanding of agile principles, program management, and scaled delivery practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
