Job Title: Sales Ambassador

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Ambassador to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with clients.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Contact relevant departments or individuals to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Apply effective sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining existing client loyalty to the organization.
  3. Determine and provide complimentary items as gifts for clients' patronage, such as rewards points or gift certificates.
  4. Promote brand awareness internally and externally through various channels.
  5. Process requests for redeeming loyalty program points.
  6. Handle all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail efficiently.
  7. Enter loyalty program information into relevant software when taking client reservations.
  8. Respond to and record all client calls, requests, questions, or concerns accurately.
  9. Perform general office duties to support Sales Marketing, including filing, sending emails, typing, and faxing.
  10. Assist management in training and motivating employees, serving as a role model.
  11. Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information, and protecting company assets.
  12. Welcome and acknowledge all clients according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their service needs, thanking them with genuine appreciation.
  13. Communicate effectively with others using clear and professional language, preparing and reviewing written documents accurately, and answering telephones using appropriate etiquette.
  14. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, supporting the team to reach common goals, listening and responding appropriately to their concerns.
  15. Maintain performance expectations and quality standards among team members.
  16. Read and verify information from various formats.
  17. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
