Global Toys Category Manager

Scale and manage a global portfolio of brands in the Toys industry by executing category strategies across e-commerce, retail channels, and international markets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Onboard leading brands to drive growth through assortment expansion, SKU optimization, packaging iteration, and cross-functional partnerships.
- Cultivate a strong understanding of consumer behavior, product assortment, manufacturing, and supplier networks in the Toys industry.
- Develop and execute pricing, visibility, and marketing strategies for marketplace selling.
- Collaborate with brand, ops, tech, and analytics teams to achieve scalability and profitability goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in category management, including 4+ years in retail and eCommerce, and 2+ years in the Toys category.
- Expertise in supply chain management, business development, and team leadership.
- Demonstrated success in driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.
- Proven collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across functions and geographies.
