What You'll Be Doing

  1. Pre-Sales Support: Assist in pre-sales activities, including preparing proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  2. Product Demonstrations: Conduct detailed product demos to prospective clients, effectively showcasing features and benefits.
  3. Email Communication: Craft professional emails to engage prospects and maintain relationships with existing clients.
  4. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction.
  5. Client Retention: Re-engage with former clients to explore new opportunities and ensure long-term partnerships.
  6. Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation, client acquisition, and market expansion.

What We're Looking For?

We're seeking a Strategic Business Growth Manager who brings:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, pre-sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong experience in conducting product demonstrations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in professional email writing and client correspondence.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
