As a leader in project management, you will oversee and execute user experience initiatives from conception to completion.

Your role involves defining project scopes, timelines, resources, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and clients. You will work cross-functionally with UX designers, UI designers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless project progress and successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership & Management: Plan, execute, and deliver UX design projects, defining project requirements, milestones, budgets, and resource needs.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate between teams to ensure efficient project progression, translating business goals into actionable plans and workflows.
  • Process & Delivery: Monitor project performance, adjusting plans as needed for optimal delivery, ensuring design processes follow best practices for usability, accessibility, and strategic alignment.
  • Communication & Documentation: Create clear project documentation, timelines, and progress updates, presenting plans and outcomes to internal teams and external clients.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to team workflows, processes, and tools, staying updated with UX project management trends and methodologies.

Requirements

  • 2–6 years' experience managing digital or UX-focused projects in an agency or digital product environment.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams on UX or digital projects.
  • Practical knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Kanban).
  • Familiarity with UX design processes, research, and tools.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
