Job Title: Laboratory Information Management System Specialist

Experience: 5 to 7 Years

BIOVIA LIMS is an Empower Lab Management system powered by Caliber Lims, Labvantage, Labware, Starlims, Sample Manager.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated laboratory information management system specialist to provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the BIOVIA Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be proactive, and able to troubleshoot complex issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting services for the BIOVIA LIMS system.
  • Maintain the overall performance of the LIMS system.
  • Collaborate with end-users to ensure optimal system performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of laboratory workflows, data management.
  • Excellent knowledge of laboratory information systems including LIMS, ELN, and other related software.
  • Proficiency in operating systems, database management, scripting languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript.
