Lead and oversee our data management delivery practice with a proven track record of delivering excellence through well-defined methodologies, standardized practices, and quality assurance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and enforce best practices and standards for data project execution
  • Monitor project health through KPIs, metrics, and governance reviews
  • Ensure risk management, escalation protocols, and change control processes are in place and effective
  • Lead data strategy creation and implementation to help the organization collect, manage, use, and protect its data effectively
  • Design scalable and secure data architecture for data pipelines, warehousing, and processing systems
  • Evaluate and recommend appropriate tools, platforms (e.g., Spark, Kafka, Airflow, Snowflake), and cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure)

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering data projects using industry-standard methodologies
  • Strong understanding of data governance, risk management, and quality assurance principles
  • Ability to design and implement scalable and secure data architecture solutions
  • Experience with data pipeline development, data warehousing, and data processing systems
  • Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and big data technologies (Spark, Kafka, Airflow, Snowflake)
