Key Data and Reporting Position

We seek a seasoned expert in data strategy to drive informed decision-making across the organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive data plan that aligns with business objectives, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Provide training and development for team members to enhance their skills in data management and reporting.
  • Oversight of dashboard creation and report delivery, offering stakeholders key insights on performance metrics and operational efficiencies.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify data needs, integrate systems, and support data-driven initiatives.
  • Selection and implementation of data tools and platforms to optimize storage, processing, and reporting capabilities.
  • Ensure adherence to data privacy laws and compliance standards, applying best practices in data security and privacy.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5-10 years of experience in data management and reporting, with at least some leadership experience.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools, SQL, and data warehousing solutions, as well as analytical and leadership skills.
