Role Summary:

We are seeking a Lead Data Scientist with expertise in Generative AI to lead end-to-end initiatives, analyze findings, and develop business solutions using AI techniques and tools.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing end-to-end initiatives, analyzing and interpreting results, drawing conclusions and recommendations, including expected benefits and measuring ROI for enhancing business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executing machine learning concepts and projects
  • Experience with Machine Learning (ML), especially in the area of Generative AI (LLM/LMM) with focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP) or multi-modal models
  • Executing data processing, feature engineering, models evaluation, hypothesis testing and model deployment
  • Fluency in Python, working knowledge of SQL and vector database
  • Knowledge of specific DS/ML/CVGenAI/NLP libraries like: NumPy, Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, and GenAI APIs i.e. OpenAI/Gemini

Requirements:

  • Expertise in computer programming skills and familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts
  • Hands-on experience with Azure cloud resources, Databricks
  • Strong business acumen and ability to come up with creative solutions to address customer problems
  • Ability to lead small technical teams on projects
