About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the development of innovative solutions for our clients. As a Software Engineer Associate, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining applications that support our Wealth Management business.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop applications using Salesforce and industry-standard frameworks like LWC.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, UX, and engineering teams, to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
- Contribute to the development of new features and enhancements to existing applications.
- Participate in Agile development methodologies and contribute to the team's continuous improvement.
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce CRM Technology.
- Hands-on development background and recent experience developing and implementing LWC components, Apex triggers, and REST/SOAP services.
- Experience with Git, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).
- Exposure to front-end technologies like LWC/React/Angular is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and applying them to improve our products.
- Experience in Investment Banking or CRM domain is preferred.
- Knowledge in Java or any programming language is an advantage.
