Job Overview

This is a full-time on-site opportunity for a Luxury Sales Associate at Porsche Centre Bengaluru. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing unparalleled customer service, managing reservations, handling communications, and demonstrating impeccable phone etiquette while interacting with clients and visitors at the showroom.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service experience, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Reservation Management: Manage and coordinate customer reservations, appointments, and test drives.
  • Communication: Handle all customer inquiries and communication via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Phone Etiquette: Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills when interacting with clients and visitors.

Requirements

  • Interpersonal Skills: Possess strong interpersonal skills and customer service proficiency.
  • Reservations Experience: Have experience in reservation management and coordination.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Phone Etiquette: Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are required.
  • Customer-Facing Role: Prior experience in a customer-facing role is highly desirable.
  • Multitasking: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Luxury Car Knowledge: Knowledge of luxury car brands and models is a plus.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage.
