Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with 5+ years of progressive HR onboarding experience in a technology organization or technology-related business.

  • Responsibilities will include ensuring all aspects of onboarding are completed accurately and timely, including offer generation, management of background checks, identity verification, and accurate data entry in Workday and other systems.

Key Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Shift timing flexibility (10:30 pm to 7:30 am)
  • Experience managing a small team of contractors supporting the AMER region
  • Offer generation and onboarding experience
  • Workday tool proficiency is required for this role
  • Demonstrates integrity, maintains confidentiality, and has strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible, yet highly organized, with ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and deadlines in a global environment
  • Proficient at handling high volumes of work and multi-tasking in a fast-paced work environment
  • Understanding of the entire candidate/employee lifecycle
