Job Title: Information Technology Executive

We are seeking an experienced and proactive professional to oversee the entire IT infrastructure, including setup and maintenance of office systems, networks, and security protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement, and manage company-wide IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal uptime, scalability, and performance.
  • Lead and execute complete IT setup for new office locations, including internet connectivity, LAN/WAN configurations, server and workstation installations, printer/scanner setup, and IT asset procurement.
  • Provide Level 1 & 2 support to internal users, manage tickets, and ensure timely resolution of hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Configure, monitor, and maintain network devices (routers, firewalls, switches), ensuring secure and stable network connectivity across departments.
  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets, ensure proper tracking, warranty renewals, AMC contracts, and periodic audits.
  • Collaborate with external vendors for procurement, AMC, ISP support, and managed services.
  • Evaluate and implement cybersecurity protocols, firewalls, antivirus, backup strategies, and data protection policies.
  • Manage installation, configuration, and updates of business software; monitor license usage and renewals.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of IT procedures, configurations, and issue resolution logs. Generate regular IT performance reports for management review.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux server environments
  • Hands-on experience with networking tools and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365/Google Workspace administration
  • Knowledge of IT asset management tools and ticketing systems
  • Familiarity with endpoint security tools, firewalls, and backup solutions
  • Excellent troubleshooting and decision-making skills
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead small IT teams
