Transformational Specialist

Job Description:

The Transformational Specialist plays a vital role in cultivating a human-first environment that honors how individuals and teams work optimally. This position provides support to grow as employees and team-members while transforming people, process, and technology. Connecting people to the broader Digital, Analytics, and Technology (DAT) mission through shared practices and ways of working, targeted locally and scaling globally where it matters most.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Project Planning and Execution: You will plan for and coordinate activities needed to execute new processes and standards, including communication, ongoing support, and measurement of complex and strategic processes/focus areas.
  • Support Roll-out, Training, and Support: You will manage planning and development of the training, roll-out plan, and communications to ensure success of the processes/focus areas, including change management, support, and measurement of the change.
  • Support Requirements Definition and Documentation: Plan and support requirements and standards definition for new processes, documenting and defining requirements gathering approach, and translating stakeholder requirements into various deliverables.
  • Change Management and Enablement: Serve as a change analyst when needed to help set teams up for success related to ways of working changes, drive adoption across all levels of the organization.
  • Analysis and Insights: Help drive strategy and analysis, understanding current state and desired to-be state of a focus area/workstream, providing actionable insights and practical recommendations on the problem to be solved and the impact and value of potential solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Finance, Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of professional technical experience with demonstrated progression of responsibilities in one or more of the following areas: technology roles, business analyst, business system analyst, technical project management, process design, and implementation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing, ability to communicate with a wide spectrum of cross-functional team members and influence without authority.
  • Experience running group workshops or facilitation sessions.
  • Strong business and technology acumen, organizational agility.
