One of our leading client is looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to plan, implement, and manage the organization's IT infrastructure. The role will oversee servers, networks, storage, cloud environments, and data centers, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.

As the Manager – IT Infrastructure, you will be responsible for infrastructure strategy, cloud adoption, compliance, disaster recovery, vendor management, and leading a team of infrastructure engineers.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Strategy & Planning

  • Define and execute infrastructure strategies aligned with business goals and scalability needs.

Cloud Infrastructure Management

  • Manage hybrid environments (e.g. Nutanix, cloud migrations) with cost optimization.

Security & Compliance

  • Implement infrastructure security best practices and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor infrastructure engineers and support staff; assign tasks, monitor performance, and enable growth.

Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity

  • Design, implement, and test DR and business continuity plans.

Monitoring & Troubleshooting

  • Oversee proactive monitoring of systems and networks; resolve incidents with minimal downtime.

Vendor & Budget Management

  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and infrastructure budgets; recommend cost-effective solutions.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain detailed system/process documentation and prepare reports on infrastructure health and KPIs.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management or equivalent roles.
  • Proven expertise in network, systems, and cloud infrastructure.
Essential Skills
  • Strong knowledge of servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
  • Leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and project management abilities.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices and service delivery frameworks.
