Enterprise Architecture Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the development of our digital transformation programs. As an Enterprise Architect, you will be responsible for providing strategic architecture and design leadership for complex programs.

  • Develop comprehensive solution architectures and sizing for large-scale deals.
  • Decide on technology stacks, balancing cost with cutting-edge capabilities.
  • Review, optimize, and sign off on technology solutions and sizing for integrated solutions.
  • Extract and develop differentiators for large deals from existing services delivered to customers.
  • Articulate and present solutions to customers in discussions and bid defenses.
  • Critically review contracts, delivery plans, and application designs in context of architecture and design implications.
Requirements:
  • At least 20 years' experience in the IT industry, with at least 10 years in leadership roles involving enterprise architecture, solution design, and engineering for large-scale, complex transformation programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end architecture for large-scale, multi-year, multi-vendor digital transformation programs.
  • Excellent understanding of software engineering concepts, SDLC processes, non-functional design, sizing, and capacity planning, deployment design.

As an Enterprise Architect, you will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver desired outcomes. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to articulate complex systems and abstract concepts in simple terms.

Skills and Expertise:
  • Experience dealing with partners, tools, and technology vendors as required for new solution rollout or troubleshooting issues.
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps, Test Automation, Configuration management, SRE, AIOps, Value Stream Management, Intelligent Automation concepts.
  • Knowledgeable about business and technology trends including Data and Analytics, Automation, and AI in IT and Business transformation.
  • Good understanding of open source and COTS licensing models.
