Job Title: Senior Finance Manager

Job Description:

As a skilled finance professional, you will collaborate with senior management to shape the organization's financial strategy. Your primary responsibilities include preparing and analyzing Management Information System (MIS) reports in various formats.

You will drive comprehensive financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Additionally, you will efficiently manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and efficient cash flow management.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in statutory compliances, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), and liaison with tax departments. You will also be responsible for preparing Balance Sheets in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) or Indian GAAP (IGAAP) standards.

To succeed in this role, you must possess advanced knowledge of taxation, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail. Effective communication in English, both verbally and written, is essential. Furthermore, hands-on experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is mandatory.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Masters in Commerce (M.Com), Master of Business Administration (Finance), Chartered Accountant (CA), or Intermediate Certified Practising Accountant (IPCC)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
