Campaign Development Role

This hands-on internship is designed to lay the groundwork for a full-time position. As an integral part of our team, you will play a key role in shaping campaigns and making strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to assist in planning and executing brand campaigns across digital, social, and influencer channels.
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining an inventory of meme pages, creators, and distribution partners.
  • You will coordinate with influencers/meme pages on deliverables, timelines, and asset tracking.
  • Your task will include supporting campaign scheduling, tracking live status, and ensuring dependencies are met.
  • You will monitor, analyse, and report performance and engagement metrics - clearly and on time.
  • As a member of our team, you will participate in brainstorms, contribute sharp ideas, and help build client-ready pitch decks.
  • Research emerging formats, creator trends, and cultural moments that brands can leverage.
  • You will own one component end-to-end by Day 45 (e.g., performance reporting, creator tracker, or weekly trends note).

Requirements
  • Eligibility: You have already graduated (UG or PG completed).
  • Recent graduates or early-career professionals open to full-time conversion.
  • A strong interest in pop culture, storytelling, social media, and digital trends is required.
  • You should be a clear communicator who writes tidy copy and builds clean slides.
  • You should be detail-oriented, organised, proactive; comfortable with structured workflows and shifting priorities.
  • You should be a self-starter with an ownership mindset and reliable follow-through.
  • A background in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication/Media Studies, Journalism/English/Communications, Business/Management/Economics, or Data/Analytics is preferred.
  • A Culture of ownership, high craft, clear talk with follow-through, bias for action, impact, and everyday leadership is non-negotiable.
