Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Growth Marketing Executive SEO Google Ads Expert to join our dynamic team The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving measurable growth through strategic SEO practices performance-driven Google Ads campaigns and data-backed marketing initiatives Key Responsibilities Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve website ranking visibility and organic traffic Conduct thorough keyword research competitor analysis and on-page off-page optimization Plan launch and manage Google Ads campaigns Search Display YouTube Remarketing to maximize ROI Monitor analyze and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics Search Console and Ads Manager Optimize ad creatives bidding strategies and landing pages for lead generation and conversions Collaborate with the content and design team to develop SEO-friendly content and marketing assets Stay updated with the latest SEO SEM and digital marketing trends and best practices Identify opportunities for growth marketing experiments A B testing funnels retargeting campaigns Work closely with the sales team to generate quality leads and support overall business growth Requirements Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or related field preferred 2 years of hands-on experience in SEO and Google Ads campaign management Proven track record of driving traffic leads and conversions through SEO paid ads Strong knowledge of Google Ads Google Analytics Search Console Tag Manager SEMrush Ahrefs or similar tools Excellent understanding of CPC CPA CTR Quality Score ROAS and Conversion Tracking Strong analytical problem-solving and reporting skills Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment Good communication skills and a growth-oriented mindset Preferred Skills Good to Have Experience with Meta Ads Facebook Instagram and LinkedIn Ads Knowledge of content marketing and copywriting Experience with marketing automation and CRM integration What We Offer Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Opportunity to work with leading universities brands and exciting growth projects A learning-driven environment with career growth opportunities Hybrid Office-based working model as applicable Job Type Full-time Pay From 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
