Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Growth Marketing Executive (SEO & Google Ads Expert) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving measurable growth through strategic SEO practices, performance-driven Google Ads campaigns, and data-backed marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve website ranking, visibility, and organic traffic.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page optimization.
  • Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Remarketing) to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ads Manager.
  • Optimize ad creatives, bidding strategies, and landing pages for lead generation and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the content and design team to develop SEO-friendly content and marketing assets.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO, SEM, and digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for growth marketing experiments (A/B testing, funnels, retargeting campaigns).
  • Work closely with the sales team to generate quality leads and support overall business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in SEO and Google Ads campaign management.
  • Proven track record of driving traffic, leads, and conversions through SEO & paid ads.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
  • Excellent understanding of CPC, CPA, CTR, Quality Score, ROAS, and Conversion Tracking.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment.
  • Good communication skills and a growth-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Knowledge of content marketing and copywriting.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM integration.
