Lead Financial Services Branch Manager

 

Job Summary: 

  • Manage and grow a financial services branch to achieve revenue targets and profitability goals.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Drive business development, equity trading, and client acquisition to increase revenue and market share.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets, improve operational efficiency, and enhance team performance.
  3. Build strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, ultra-high-net-worth clients, and retail clients through personalized investment solutions and exceptional customer service.
  4. Lead a team of financial advisors, relationship managers, and branch staff in achieving individual and team objectives.
  5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial markets, economic trends, and regulatory requirements to provide actionable insights to clients and the team.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, commerce, economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • At least 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
