Extract Insights and Drive Business Growth

The Data Science/AI Competency Center focuses on leveraging data, analytics, and artificial intelligence technologies to extract valuable insights, build predictive models, and develop AI-powered solutions that drive business growth.

We utilize Exploratory Data Analysis, Statistical Modeling, Machine Learning, Model Deployment, and Integration as well as Model Monitoring and Maintenance to deliver business solutions using multiple AI techniques and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing end-to-end initiatives (Business understanding, Data understanding/preparation, Modeling, Evaluation and Deployment)
  • Analyzing and interpreting complex data findings
  • Drawing conclusions and recommendations, including expected benefits and measuring ROI for enhancing business processes
  • Supporting pre-sales activities and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with machine learning concepts and theories
  • Experience with machine learning, especially in the area of Generative AI with focus on Natural Language Processing or multi-modal models
  • Experience with business requirements gathering, transforming them into technical plans, data processing, feature engineering, models evaluation, hypothesis testing, and model deployment
  • Proficiency in Python, working knowledge of SQL, and vector database
  • Knowledge of specific DS/ML/CVGenAI/NLP libraries like NumPy, Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, and GenAI APIs i.e. OpenAI/Gemini

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in working with big data and distributed environments would be beneficial
  • Commercial experience proven by multiple successful projects in the area of Generative AI, Natural Language Processing, or Computer Vision would be a significant advantage

General:

  • Good computer programming skills and familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts
  • Expertise in Azure cloud resources, Databricks
  • Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to come up with creative solutions to address customer problems
